Russia Direct expert Pavel Sharikov, the head of the Center for Applied Research at the Institute for U.S. and Canada Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences, has analyzed the current state of cybersecurity and Russia-U.S. bilateral relations in this field for the first RD Monthly.

In his own words, cybersecurity has become a very serious strategic issue in U.S.-Russia relations.

“The United States, China and Russia have some military programs related to cyberspace and it’s very important to agree on the ways of behavior in cyberspace. My report also has some links to official documents that a person who is interested in cybersecurity may be interested in.”
