Andrei Frolov

Biography

Andrei Frolov is the Editor-in-Chief of the Export of Weapons media outlet. After graduating with distinction from St. Petersburg State University's International Relations department, Andrei earned a Russian-French Masters degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University) in 2003. In 2003-2004 Andrei was a researcher at the PIR Center, an editor of "Nuclear Control" magazine and an editor of electronic publications of the PIR Center, including "Nuclear Control: Information" and "Security." In 2004, he was the coordinator of the project "Transformation of the export control system in Russia, 1999-2003." He is a Ph.D. candidate in historical sciences.
