Pavel Luzin

Biography

Ph.D. in International Relations, scientific associate of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO RAS). In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of History and Political Science of Perm State University, and in the same year, entered the Center for International Security of the IMEMO RAS Department of Strategic Studies as a post-graduate. In summer 2008, he completed an internship at the Russian Center for Policy Studies (PIR Center) in Moscow. In 2012, he defended his thesis on U.S. policy issues in the field of space activity.
