Biography

Associate professor at the School of International Relations, St. Petersburg State University, Russia. He has held visiting fellowships at the universities of Germany and Poland. Gretskiy has published a research monograph devoted to foreign impact on the Ukraine’s Orange Revolution, articles and papers in Russian, English and Polish.
