Andrei Slepnev

Biography

Minister for Trade of the Eurasian Economic Commission. He is in charge of the trade sector of the Commission, which performs regulatory functions in the spheres of trade, protective and anti-dumping measures and tariff and non-tariff regulations across the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan). Before joining the Commission, during 2009-2011, he was Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
