Irina Khalturina is a political columnist and the editor of Region Plus, an analytical media outlet in Azerbaijan. Khalturina has extensive experience in journalism. She has been contributing to Azerbaijan's media outlets for 10 years. She graduated from University of Essex (UK) with a Master's Degree, majoring in Human Rights.
