Biography

Larisa Smirnova is an analyst for the Russian International Affairs Council. Her columns also appeared in the Financial Times Chinese edition. Smirnova holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from the Ecole nationale d’administration, and a Masters of International Relations degree from the joint program of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) and MGIMO-University.
