Marshall Comins is an expert in Russia-Africa relations. He serves as a managing partner of the Africa Investment Agency and the press and investor relations head of the Kirishi-2 Oil Refinery, Russia's first "waste oil" refinery, set to launch in 2017. He is also a columnist for China Daily's Africa Weekly. Marshall has a master's degree in international relations, with a specialty in strategic studies, from the John Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
